YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY

A lot of the work we have been doing in the past year has aimed to bring more youth and young adults to the church. We have started a weekly virtual Bible study and plan many events around fun activities for youth and young adults. Some of these plans include movie nights, game nights, and greater engagement during our church service! We aim to create a fun environment for youth and young adults that help them connect with God.

VIRTUAL BIBLE STUDY

Every Tuesday at 7 P.M. we have a virtual Bible study over zoom open for both youth and young adults. We explore topics and hold discussion on matters that can apply to youth like recognizing God's voice, mental health, fellowship, and more! We are always open to requests for topics. and every now and then we have fun little games! Click here for the link.

ICE CREAM SOCIAL

This is an event that aimed for youth and young adult involvement. We had a fun time in the courtyard enjoying time in fellowship, playing games, soaking up the sun, and having delicious sundaes with a whole buffet of flavors and toppings. It is one of our sweetest parts of the fall season! (pun intended)

YOUTH BIBLE TRIVIA

Every now and then you may find us planning a youth Bible trivia night! Test your knowledge of the Word of God in this competition where every right answer earns you points with the chance to win a prize! It is a great time to connect with fellow youth, learn more about things you may not have known in the Bible, play games, have some snacks, and win some prizes!

VALENTINE'S PARTY

Around Valentine's Day we have a little party and a discussion on healthy Christian relationships. We get some pizza, sodas, Valentine's treats and cute decorations. It is a fun little time to get together and have an important discussion on healthy relationships.

There is ample parking available during our Sunday service both in the front of the church on Pennsylvania and Baltimore Avenues or in the parking lot behind (and left of) the church.
